We just got back from a very fun trip to Austin which needs a post all in itself--hopefully later this week. However, wanted to post his 2 month old check-up stats even if they are a week late :).
Weight: 12 lbs, 15 ounces (75%)
Length: 24 1/4 inches (90%)
Head Circumfrence: 15 1/2 (30%)
No worries, the pediatrician says that head size should not correlate to weight/height and has no correlation with intellect. Whew. He got his shots and poor little guy did NOT handle them well. We heard a whole new cry, which in hindsight I guess is good b/c it's his "I'm in pain" cry, but poor little guy was a FUSSPOT all day long. We gave him tylenol, but it really took him a good 2-3 days to get back to his normal little Carter self. However, now we're back at home and working on getting back on the good sleeping schedule because I'm not sure if it was Austin or what but this waking up every 2-3 hours again is NOT cool. I start back to work 2 weeks from today, so it is what we call "operation crib" and "operation sleep" time at our house these next 2 weeks! He's taking some good naps for me in his crib today, so here's hoping night #2 is better than last night! He is being so sweet and smiley right now....it's weird how easy I forget last night :).
